This cancellation policy applies to your use of the website and any purchases or subscriptions made through it.
Subscription Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Customers may cancel their subscription and request a full refund within 24 hours of making their payment, provided that:
- The user has not consumed more than 20 luna from the allotted balance.
Subscription Cancellation After 24 Hours
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be issued after 24 hours unless specifically covered under the 20-luna usage rule above.

Luna Package Cancellation
All Luna Package purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage.
Recurring Payment Cancellation
For all recurring subscription plans (monthly or yearly):
- Payments are refundable within 24 hours,
- Provided the user has not used more than 20 luna from that payment cycle.
Cryptocurrency Transactions
All payments made via cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable.
